Gordon Ryan
Gordon Ryan holds a Masters Degree in Sport Psychology (Hons). He holds All Ireland Hurling medals at each grade including senior colleges (St. Kieran’s College), minor, under 21, intermediate and senior level with Kilkenny. He is also the holder of a Fitzgibbon Cup medal with U.C.D. He has played senior inter county football and has represented Leinster in athletics.
A very successful coach at juvenile and adult level, Gordon has the distinction of coaching Ballygunner senior hurling team to Munster Club Championship victory in 2001.
Gordon has extensive business management experience having held senior management positions in a national organisation for the past twenty years. He was responsible for the introduction and successful implementation of a national coaching and mentoring programme for management positions in this organisation.
In 2008 he delivered a paper relating to Mentoring in the workplace at an international training seminar in Slovenia. He is a qualified trainer, who has the ability to design and deliver training in accordance with current recognised standards and methodologies.
He is now working as a consultant combining his sporting and management experience to deliver high performance training, coaching and mentoring in the sporting and business arenas. As part of his ongoing personal development he is currently undertaking a Diploma in Executive Coaching at the Irish Management Institute (IMI). |

Shane O'Sullivan
Shane O’Sullivan holds a Masters Degree in Sport Psychology (Hons). He is a current inter county senior hurler with Waterford who has competed in 3 Munster Senior Hurling finals, 2 National Hurling League finals and the All Ireland Senior Hurling final of 2008.
The highlight of his career to date has been the successful Munster Championship campaigns of 2004 and 2007, a National Hurling League success in 2007 and a Fitzgibbon Cup victory with W.I.T. in 2008. Further to this he has captained his county at all grades from minor, under 21 and senior level throughout his career.
Shane has represented Munster at inter provincial level and won every attainable county championship, minor, under–21, and senior (2) with his club Ballygunner.
Academically he has also achieved a Bachelor of Arts (Joint Honours) degree in University College Cork. He has extensive playing and coaching experience in a broad spectrum of sports. He is currently combining this experience and leadership ability in delivering high performance consultancy. |
