Developing Excellence

Inspiring Excellence realizes the value in nurturing our children through life in a positive and empowering manner. Helping individuals develop their abilities is not just a process of identifying talented people or providing them with financial support. To turn talent into actual achievements, players must have the opportunity to develop their mental and physical skills supported by those in the development stream.

The key to developing excellence is the introduction of a ‘Player Development Model’.  This four stage model will step out player development in separate but intrinsically linked stages critical to the achievement of peak performance. This Model will be enhanced by a partnership approach between all stakeholders involved.

Central to the initiative and of paramount importance will be the welfare of the child and particularly assisting them in keeping sports participation in perspective with other crucial factors in his or her  growth/development.
