shaneShane O’Sullivan holds a Masters Degree in Sport Psychology (Honours), a Bachelor of Arts (Joint Honours) degree in University College Cork and he is a fully qualified Primary School teacher. Most recently he has acquired a diploma in Mindfulness.

He is an inter county senior hurler with Waterford who has won the Munster Championships in 2004, 2007 and 2010 and National hurling league successes in 2007 and 2015. He also won a Fitzgibbon cup victory with W.I.T. in 2008. Further to this he has captained his county at all grades throughout his career. He has represented Munster at inter provincial level on three occasions culminating in a Railway cup success in 2013. He has won every attainable county championship, minor, under–21, and senior (5) with his club Ballygunner.

He has extensive playing and coaching experience in a broad spectrum of sports.   He is currently completing a diploma in Executive Coaching at the prestigious Irish Management Institute to align his high performance education, experience and application to deliver high performance consultancy to the corporate world.
