I am a Master Certified Executive and Leadership Coach with more than 6,000 hours of coaching experience. Since 2010, I have supported leaders across the globe in improving performance while maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life.Before dedicating myself fully to coaching, I spent 15 years in communication consultancy and reputation management, partnering with over 30 multinational corporations. I bring to coaching a strong understanding of how organizations operate, how decisions are made, and how leaders can effectively navigate complexity. I have led large-scale communication projects and teams, and worked closely with executives and senior management on corporate communications, strategic planning, stakeholder relations, and crisis management. This experience helps my clients sharpen their influencing skills, have more effective conversations, build confidence, and empower others—even in high-stakes environments.Academically, I hold bachelor’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Psychology, as well as a master’s degree in Public Communication. I am fluent in English, French, and Turkish, have intermediate proficiency in Spanish, and Romanian is my native language.On a personal note, I am married, a grateful parent to a ten-year-old daughter, and divide my time between Spain, Romania, and Turkey.
