About Me

A fervent "people" person, Krista is invested in conversations that matter, passionate about service, and excels at helping people live at the intersection of their humanness and leadership. As an executive leadership coach who is Master Certified (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation, she brings over 20 years of experience supporting leaders in business.

Prior to founding KI Insights, Krista led the human resource function on an executive management team for a company that made the “Best Places to Work” list all participating years (Jøtul North America). In her previous social work career she worked with world class clinicians in serving adolescents. That’s when she first learned about the life-changing power of a thoughtful open-ended question. 

Both roles were in line with Krista’s developing mission: To help leaders and future leaders become the best version of themselves allowing them and their teams to flourish.

Today, she continues her mission with clients to support them in their career advancement which helps them to lead more impactful, fulfilling, and meaningful lives.

She does this while living her ideal location-flexible life mostly in the Portland, Maine and Dublin, Ireland.

• Master Certified Coach (MCC, International Coaching Federation). To date only 4% of ICF certified coaches have achieved MCC, which is the highest of the 3 level certification program.
