I help leaders align who they are, how they thrive, and what they do to lead effectively and sustainably.
My journey over the past six years has been dedicated to fostering resilience within organizations. With over 15 years of transformation experience, I blend evidence-based coaching methodologies with holistic wellbeing approaches to foster sustainable leadership development.
As an ICF Master Certified Coach and Board-Certified Executive Coach, I leverage my expertise in Positive Psychology, mindfulness facilitation, and emotional intelligence to guide individual contributors to senior executives across global organizations. My background in project management, organizational change, and IT services delivery allows me to deeply understand the challenges modern leaders face.
I hold a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, where I contributed to research in hate studies and servant leadership education, building upon my foundation in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University. Through my practice, I help create cultures of wellbeing that enable both individual and organizational transformation.
My current role as an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University Irvine allows me to impart the principles of executive coaching and consulting to the leaders of tomorrow. Collaborating closely with students and professionals, our team is committed to leadership development and capacity building, shaping a future where every leader is equipped to thrive amidst change.
